RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened pet food, treats, or consumable products.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
• Used pet accessories or products showing signs of wear.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your claim and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:

EXCHANGES
We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

SALE ITEMS
Discounted and promotional items may be eligible for return unless otherwise stated on the product page. Final sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
